Bio
Hello everyone interested in my life or more likely, my credentials. Here’s my track record.
I grew up in Beamsville, Ontario, where the wine flows like beer at the Legion Hall– and the beer flows like that too ( and don’t forget the whiskey). I initially studied philosophy at Brock University and then went on to the Humber College comedy program. It was there that I started my career as a comedian.
Since then, I have performed stand-up regularly in Toronto (Rivoli, Yuk Yuk’s, Absolute Comedy, Comedy Bar) and Montreal (The Comedy Nest, Peopl’s Comedy, Comedy Hostel). In Toronto I am a producer of Chuckle Co. which takes place every Wednesday night at Comedy Bar.
Career highlights include winning the 2012 Canadian Comedy Award for best stand-up newcomer. And in 2010, my sketch troupe, Big Tease, was in the finals for the Tim Sims award.
I also have experience producing, editing, animating and performing graphics work in short form videos. I have primarily worked in this regard for comedy website and TV station Bite,
Currently, I create webcomics for Mashable, CBC Punchline and of my own site of course. I am also working on numerous videos projects.
